The Net is Working – Volunteering and Human Rights Education Conference

03.-06.06.2020 | Online (Greifswald, Germany)

ATTENTION: In order to minimise the spreading of COVID-19 and due to the current limitations for gatherings and events the partner workshop and the conference “The Net is Working – Volunteering and Human Rights Education Conference” were cancelled as offline events in April 2020 in Greifswald.
However, Turbina Pomerania Team, volunteers and partners still would like to share the experiences, best practices and create ideas for future projects via Online Conference (3-6 June 2020) and a web- and printed Publication.

You can find the programme and recorded materials of the Online Conference here, and the Publication will be found here.

The conference is realised with financial support of Erasmus+ Youth in Action and Interreg VA MV / BB / PL.

Our international volunteer and human rights project „S.P.I.D.E.R. – Weaving the European Web“ has entered the third year of the project. In April 2020, we would like to invite you to sum up and evaluate the project with us, create new projects, network, exchange ideas, learn and celebrate together.

Thus, we cordially invite you to come to Greifswald:

• for the The Net is Working – Volunteer and Human Rights Education Conference, April 20-22, 2020 (workshops and events on human rights and human rights education, sharing best practices of local and international volunteering, wider networking, meeting local community).

The common language of the 5 days will be English, but we also want to provide bilingual workshops to illustrate the variety of spoken languages and to make wider participation possible.
